What Bass Baggin' Bounty is
The name says angling; the tile says rather more. Under the theme sits one of the longest feature lists among recent releases; the game was number 14 of 18 in the New Games tab when we read the lobby on 9 October 2026, and it was in the Popular tab that day as well.
The Slots tab also carries an older title called Bass Baggin'. The new game extends that name, but our register holds no specs for the original and Springbok's pages on file do not say how the two are related, so this page covers the newer game alone.
How 1,024 ways are counted
There are no paylines to pick or switch off. A win is built from matching symbols on neighbouring reels, starting from the left, and any row of each reel can supply its symbol. On a 5×4 grid every reel offers four positions, and four multiplied by itself once for each of the five reels gives exactly that total.
A large ways count describes the grid, not the generosity of the game: the paytable is set with every route in mind. Your stake is for the whole spin and covers all of them at once.
The feature list, one item at a time
The tile puts the features in a single line: Scatter Re-Spin, Hold & Spin, Free Games, Buy Feature. It gives no triggers, counts or rules, so here is what each name usually covers, and where this game's own rules are still blank.
- Scatter Re-Spin. A re-spin tied to the scatters. In other games with a feature of that name, landing one scatter short of a bonus earns a fresh spin for the missing one; when this game awards it is not on file.
- Hold & Spin. A Springbok staple: 9 of the 18 slots on our timeline list one. The trigger, the number of re-spins and what the held symbols are worth here are not published.
- Free games. Named, nothing more: no game count, no scatter threshold, no retrigger rule.
- Buy Feature. A button that skips the wait and charges a set price for a bonus round, covered below.
More features do not make a more generous game; each is another route into the same overall return. Springbok says logged-out players get a one-off R1,000 practice (fun-money) balance that does not renew Springbok says · 9 October 2026. Practice spins show which features turn up, with nothing staked.
The Buy Feature: a bonus at a price
Only two slots on our timeline list a Buy Feature: this one and Olympus Thunderhold, which adds a Bonus Bet. Instead of waiting for scatters, you pay up front and the bonus round starts at once.
The price is what needs understanding. A purchase is normally a multiple of your stake, so one click can spend as much as a long session of ordinary spins, and the round can pay back less than it cost. This game's price is not on file; read it on the button first.
Our register has nothing on how Springbok's terms treat a purchased feature while a bonus is active, or whether the purchase counts as one bet under the R100 cap. Until that is clear, the cautious course is to buy nothing with bonus funds.
RTP, the top award and a R200 stake
Three figures on the release card come from Springbok rather than the lobby tile, each tagged "Springbok says". The review gives an RTP of 95%, an average over an enormous number of spins that says nothing dependable about one sitting.
The same review quotes a top award of 2,000x the base bet. The base bet is normally your stake for an ordinary spin, though the review does not define it. As it is not a per-line figure, the ceiling reads straight off your stake; it is still the rarest result the game allows. Triple Tigers carries exactly the same wording in Springbok's figures.
The third figure is a stake limit. Springbok's article gives a maximum bet of R200 a spin, twice the R100 that Springbok's terms allow on any bet while a bonus is active. Winnings from a bet over that cap are voided, so with bonus money in play the top of the game's range is off limits. How Springbok's bonus bet cap works sets the rule out in full.
Bass Baggin' Bounty on the welcome coupon
Springbok's terms count slots toward bonus wagering, so the R11,500 welcome package can be played through here. Redeem SPRINGBOK100 in the cashier's Redeem Coupon section first and deposit second, because Springbok will not attach a coupon to a deposit already made. Wagering is 30x the deposit plus bonus.
Two habits protect the bonus here: keep each spin at or under R100 even though the game goes higher, and leave the Buy Feature for your own money. Decide where the session ends before the first spin.
Between Devil's Jackpot and Elemental Adventures
Bass Baggin' Bounty landed on a Wednesday, two weeks after Devil's Jackpot and its feature unlock system and two weeks before Elemental Adventures: a 3×3 classic on one side, a game on 10 paylines on the other.

What is the RTP of Bass Baggin' Bounty?
Springbok's review gives 95%. The lobby tile shows no RTP, so the figure is Springbok's own.
