A 3×3 frame with 9 paylines
Liberty Rockets keeps its reel set small: a 3 reels x 3 rows window, the shape of an older style of machine. The official card art matches, with star-spangled rockets in red, white and blue and fireworks bursting behind the title, and the headline of Springbok's preview frames it as classic American slot play with fireworks. The lobby tile adds nothing more about the theme.
With 9 paylines crossing that window, each spin's stake is shared between the lines, and the paytable shows the path each one takes. Devil's Jackpot uses the same grid and line count, while Winnie the Piggie Las Vegas fits fewer, fixed lines into the same window.
Nudging wilds and re-spins
In the games that use the term, a nudging wild is a wild symbol that lands partly in view and is shifted up or down until it sits fully on the reel, often covering the whole reel. Liberty Rockets' tile names nudging wilds and re-spins in the same breath, but it does not spell out whether a nudge sets off the re-spins, how many re-spins follow or whether the wild stays in place while they run.
Those links decide how the base game feels, so they are worth a minute in the help screen before a real-money spin. On a reel this short, a wild that covers it touches every line crossing that reel, which is why the rule for nudges deserves a careful read.
What the tile says, and what it leaves out
| Feature | On the tile | Not published |
|---|---|---|
| Nudging wilds | Named | How often they land; what a nudge sets off |
| Re-spins | Named | What starts them; how many are given |
| Hold & Spin | Named | Trigger symbols and count; length of the round |
| Jackpots | Mini, Minor, Major and Grand jackpots | Values, and how each tier is won |
| Hit rate and bet range | Not shown | None on file from Springbok's review either |
One more point on the jackpots: Liberty Rockets does not appear in the lobby's Progressives tab, and the tile prices none of its tiers. We do not quote jackpot amounts in rand on any page, so if you want to know what the Grand pays, the game's own paytable is the only place to look.
Reading the top prize per line
Springbok's review sets the top prize at 50,000x the line bet. The word to notice is "line". Your stake for a spin is split across 9 paylines, so a single line carries only part of it; with every line in play, the same ceiling works out at about 5,556x the total stake. This explainer on awards quoted per line walks through the arithmetic.
The same review gives an RTP of 95%. That is a long-run figure: it describes what the maths returns across an enormous run of spins, not what one session pays, and it does not change with how recently a game was released. The medium volatility rating, by contrast, comes straight from the lobby tile.
A top prize marks the outer edge of what the game can pay on one result. It is not an expectation, and no run of spins makes it due.
Liberty Rockets with a Springbok coupon
Liberty Rockets is a slot, so it counts toward Springbok's bonus wagering. The welcome route opens with SPRINGBOK100: 100% up to R1,500 on the first deposit, one part of a package worth up to R11,500. Redeem it under Redeem Coupon in the cashier before the money goes in, not after.
The rule that bites hardest on a lines game is the bet cap. While any bonus is active, a bet above R100 has its winnings voided. Count the full stake for the spin against that cap, not the amount on one line; that is the cautious reading of the rule. Set the bet selector with it in mind before the first spin, then let the 30x wagering on deposit plus bonus run its course without raising the stake.
Before a first real-money session on any new release, set a limit and know where help is.
Where Liberty Rockets falls in the release run
Springbok added Liberty Rockets on Wednesday 24 June 2026. Triple Tigers followed three weeks later; the release just before Liberty Rockets was Plinko Beyond, a casual game that, unlike it, does not count toward bonus wagering.
